WP9 “Project Management”
WP9 ensures the smooth operation of the project in terms of strategic and day-to-day management and interfacing with the European Commission. Its scope also includes scientific and technical project management as well as quality and risk management.
The project management scheme and processes have been set up at the project start. Given the restrictions related to COVID-19, we have been heavily using a suite of online collaboration tools covering meetings, discussions, document sharing, action items and more.
