HosmartAI aims to set up an External Pool of Evaluators (EPE) to support the review process of the proposals received from the HosmartAI Open Call #1 – INNOVATE Call for Tech. The EPE will gather a set of recognized Tech experts, selected through an open process to ensure transparent and consistent evaluation of the applications.

Evaluators’ profile
We are looking for Experts meeting the following requirements:
- 10 years AI industrial experience
- Represent the technology adopter perspective
- Experts that have already evaluated proposals for the EC (not limited to, but desired)
- Business experience
Services required
Services will be provided remotely and will involve evaluation of the applications received and participation in consensus meetings. Selected evaluators will be required to sign a non-conflict of interest declaration and a contract.

Remuneration
Evaluators will be reimbursed for their time and effort on the basis of the number of proposals evaluated, with each proposal corresponding to a value of 60€. The evaluator is expected to evaluate up to 7 applications per day.
Timeline
The expected timeline is structured in the following stages:
- Call for Evaluators opening: The 1st Open Call for interest Evaluators opens on F6S platform on March 11th,2022. To apply as an evaluator, you need to fill in this online form.
- Call for Evaluators closing: deadline for submission via F6S Platform is March 31st, 2022 at 11:59PM CET.
- Selection of Evaluators: HosmartAI Open Call Committee will make the final selection of Evaluators based on your geographical base (country) and your background, experience and expertise aiming to build an Evaluators pool with a balanced gender and country representation, covering all technical and business requirements.
- Contract: selected Evaluators will be contacted to formalise the collaboration, a contractwill be signed between the HosmartAI Consortium, and the Evaluator.
- Webinar for Evaluators: to clarify all questions that may arise concerning the steps of the evaluation process, the HomsartAI Consortium will be hosting a Webinar for evaluators. Tentative date: 2nd week of April 2022 (exact date will be confirmed to selected Evaluators).
- External evaluation: In order to perform the assessment, an Individual Evaluation Form will be provided, which includes the scoring criteria, the evaluation template and the declaration of honour. Tentative date: before the webinar for evaluators.
- Evaluation process: the evaluation of the proposals submitted will take place between April 18-29.
The exact dates indicated above are subject to change, depending on the final deadline of the Open Call for proposals (from candidates) and the number of proposals received.
